The installation of a pool depends on the complexity of the project and weather conditions play a major role also.  There are so many different variables that it is hard to give a perfect time line. A more basic project could only take six to eight weeks were a very custom project with a lot of detailed features and a large scope of work to be done could take six to eight months. We will provide you with a more accurate estimate during the design phase.

A permit is generally required to build a pool. The specifics depend on your local municipality and regulations. We handle all necessary paperwork and ensure that your project meets local codes and requirements, so you can relax knowing everything is taken care of.

If you are located in Grayson County they do not currently require a permit for a swimming pool to be constructed on a residential home.

Some permiting offices have special provisions to allow exeptions for certain rules so long as a liscensed engineer provides details on the impact those exeptions will have and what special details will be included in the project to overcome them. We also can schedule an edjucational on site orientation to teach you how to do it yourself and offer pool start ups with every new pool cunstruction we build.
